The four principle areas of Dr. Brashen’s practice include:

*Helping clients attain their goals. 

* Helping families and couples improve their communication skills and build healthier, happier relationships.

* Helping clients reduce and/or eliminate the symptoms of depression, anxiety PTSD, ADD or conditions exacerbated by stress such as sleep disturbance, substance abuse,  headaches, back pain, infertility, PMS, or perimenopause.

* Helping individuals successfully manage and resolve situational difficulties such as the loss  of a loved one, divorce, chronic illness or major life change.

Treatment Plan:

Through a collaborative process, an individualized treatment plan is designed for each person and may include the following:

* Individual and/or Family Counseling or Coaching

* Neurofeedback Training

* Setting and Implementation of Goals

* Problem Solving

* Diet, Exercise and Breath Control

* Concentration and Visualization Exercises

* Meditation Techniques, Relaxation, or Hypnosis
