Beverly Brashen, Ph.D., has helped individuals cultivate clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being. Her work brings together three powerful disciplines—neurofeedback, cognitive-behavioral therapies, and yoga psychology—to support healing at every level of the mind and nervous system.

Beverly’s approach is both holistic and highly results-oriented. She has spent her career serving clients throughout the Seattle and Bellevue communities, guiding adults, adolescents, and children through challenges such as anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, insomnia, chronic migraines, developmental trauma, and stress-related autoimmune conditions.
